Hillandale Welcomes Next Generation Network

We recently had the pleasure of hosting a special park tour for members of the British Holiday & Home Parks Association’s (BH&HPA) Next Generation Network at Lickhill Manor Caravan Park. 

The visit was led by Hillandale Caravan Parks Managing Director, Denis Lloyd Jones, who shared the history of the park, which has been owned by the family since 1956, and how we work to create a warm and welcoming environment for our holiday home owners, seasonal guests, and touring and camping visitors.

Throughout the tour, discussions centred around what goes into running a park like Lickhill Manor, from day-to-day operations to long term vision. We had some enthusiastic conversations on how holiday parks, such as Lickhill Manor, deliver exceptional customer service, maintains high standards across the park, and continues to evolve with changing visitor expectations.

The visit was organised through the BH&HPA’s Next Generation Network, which brings together younger people working in the holiday park sector to learn from each other and share fresh ideas about how holiday parks can continue to provide wonderful settings for guests to enjoy.
