Is there a risk of flooding at any of the parks?
Riverbend Caravan park is alongside the River Banwy. The lower part of the Park is susceptible to flooding, however holiday homes are positioned at least 9 inches above the highest recorded flood level during the park’s history. At Lickhill Manor Caravan Park, in the event of flooding from the River Severn at predicted levels of 4.7 metres and above, the park must be completely evacuated of all customers. All holiday makers are positioned at least 12 inches above previous flood levels. Information boards will be displayed during flood risk times, advising of predicted levels. Holiday homes are offered the benefit of full reinstatement insurance through the park. Customers should be aware that items in outside storage boxes that are below the level of the caravan can be damaged by flood water and are excluded from insurance cover.

Is there a risk of high winds at any of the parks?
Morfa Bychan Holiday Park is in a coastal location, consequently high winds can be experienced. Reinstatement insurance for holiday homes is strongly recommended.

I have a different query to the above, who shall I speak to?
