All holiday makers are positioned at least 12 inches above previous flood levels. Information boards will be displayed during flood risk times, advising of predicted levels. Holiday home pitch fees include reinstatement insurance as a no cost benefit. Customers should be aware that items in outside storage boxes that are below the level of the caravan can be damaged by flood water and are excluded from insurance cover.
