How does holiday home part exchanging work?

The part exchange process is simple, and we are here to help you through the process:
- Find Your Dream Holiday Home: Explore our range of holiday homes that fit your preferences HERE. To arrange a viewing of your chosen holiday home/s simply Contact the park/s directly or email our head office ([email protected]) for assistance.
- Part Exchange Offer: We will carry out a brief viewing of your current model and let you know the cost to upgrade to a new holiday home.
- Choose How To Pay: You can pay for your new holiday home in full or utilise our 0% Finance facility.
- Make The Move: Just transfer your belongings from your current model into your new holiday home.
- Enjoy Your New Holiday Home: Sit back and relax in your upgraded holiday retreat!
Included in your part exchange:
- Valuation of your current holiday home goes towards your new holiday home
- Pitch fees & insurance included to April 2027
- 25 years on-park with every new holiday home
